Happy Birthday Cousin Madeline!!

One of the great perks of living so close to family is to be able to share in all the special events! For Cousin Madeline's second birthday, we traveled to Knoxville where Aunt Becca and Uncle Sean were hosting Madeline's birthday party at a fun little park! The cousins had a blast!!

Spring 2015!!

Spring of 2015 was a busy but awesome season for us! 

We attended some baseball games at the new minor league baseball stadium here in Nashville...

We planted a garden with fruit trees, berry bushes, and lots and lots of tomato plants...

Kaiya loved to help with the garden!

 We went to a craft fair in East Nashville and enjoyed some delicious drinks and sandwiches ...

Kaiya refused to rid her self of her wubba...

We visited the mall...

We spent a lot of time outside playing in the yard...

We visited family...

But the MOST special event that happened this spring, was welcoming Cousin Elenora Kay!!

Kaiya's Two Year Photos!

We were SO good about getting lots of professional pictures taken during Kaiya's first year, but life circumstances kept us from getting many great shots after her first birthday. I HAD to change this for her second birthday, and luckily I work with a wonderfully talented woman who dabbles in photography as a "hobby" (one she's very very good at I might add!). Kaiya herself was only marginally cooperative, but it was cold, and she was teething pretty hardcore, so the fact that she captured so many great ones is a pure miracle:) Here's the result!
